These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of IELTS Pro (IELTSPro.app) and the services offered on it. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Coupons and Plans

A coupon code activates the plan printed on it once redeemed against your account. The plan period (e.g. 30 days) begins on the date of redemption, not the date the coupon was issued or purchased.
Coupons are non-refundable. Once a coupon is sold, issued, or redeemed, no cash refund, credit, or exchange will be provided, regardless of whether the plan is fully used.
Coupons are valid for single use only and cannot be resold, transferred, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated at the time of issue.
IELTS Pro reserves the right to void a coupon that was issued or redeemed fraudulently.

3. Institute Partners

Partner institutes distributing coupons on behalf of IELTS Pro are responsible for accurately representing plan terms, including validity and the non-refundable nature of coupons, to their students.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of IELTS Pro after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
